This site is dedicated to some of my favorite Asian movies, mostly Japanese (my very favorite!), Korean and Hong Kong/ China.  Asian films have  surpassed American films in almost every way.  As a matter of fact, a lot of American films were based on Asian films.

 

My favorite genre is historical.  Nothing compares to the gorgeous period costumes and great acting in so many Asian films.  The actor's dedication to their art is amazing and the writing in most films is awesome. I have given a grade to each film but I did not post long, drawn out comments about them as I have posted the summary for each.
